RETURN POLICY

At Peony Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a hassle-free return process:

Return Eligibility:

  1. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.

  2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  3. Any marks, perfume or makeup residue on items will result in a refusal of the refund.
     

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at customercare@peonyapparel.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  2. Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
     

Return Shipping:

  1. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

  2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

  3. Include the RA number on the outside of the package.
     

Refund Process:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
