  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout process, provide your shipping information, and complete your purchase securely.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept a variety of payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Cartes Bancaires, Discover, Electron, and Maestro.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with an order number. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method. Please double-check your order before completing the checkout process.
  • What is your return policy?
    Our return policy allows you to return unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Makeup or perfume residue may result in a refund refusal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Is international shipping available?
    Currently, we only offer shipping within the UK. We do not ship internationally. We aim to start taking international orders in the first half of 2024.
